At KC ERA, we take pride in the quality of every piece we create. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Made-to-Order All KC ERA products are made to order. We do not hold stock, so please check sizing carefully before purchasing. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at itskayseebusiness@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.

Non-Returnable Items All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
